What is the Click and call service (www.clickandcall.cz)?
Click and call is a new way of calling more cheaply from your mobile phone as well as your landline anywhere. Click and call functions on the basis of back-calling, it connects your telephone to any phone number in the Czech Republic as well as in foreign countries. Savings compared to calling via your operator may reach as high as 90 %, which means that if a call used to cost you e.g. CZK 10, now while calling via Click and call you may pay as little as CZK 1. A telephone call may be connected via your account on the website www.clickandcall.cz, or very easily via the feature Speed dial. To call more cheaply you do not have to install any software, you do not have to use a headset with a microphone, you do not have to pay a monthly flat fee, and there is no need at all to sign a contract for several years. Your phone is the only thing you need.

Who operates the Click and call service?
Click and call is part of the family of iDNES.cz servers operated by MAFRA, a. s., which is, among other things, also the publisher of the daily MF DNES and the operator of TV Óčko.
Do I need to install any software on my computer or mobile telephone?
No, in order to be able to call via Click and call you do not need any software, neither a headset nor a microphone. Click and call functions via all Internet browsers. Using Speed Dialyou do not need to connect to the Internet. Become 100% mobile thanks to Click and call, and call more cheaply, no matter if you are walking your dog, or if you are by the lake relaxing under a sun umbrella.
What is the difference between Click and call and other VoIP operators?
- You do not need a headset with a microphone or a special phone.
- You do not need high-speed Internet connections.
- Thanks to Speed Dial you do not need even your computer.
- You do not have to change your telephone number.
- You only have to pay for the phone calls you have really made, no hidden fees, no complicated contracts.
Do I have to register before using click and call?
Yes, because we have to activate your telephone number at Click and call. Your registration will take just several seconds; all you need is a valid email and telephone number. Both the registration and activation of your telephone number is FREE!
Do I need a headset with a microphone?
No, unlike other VoIP operators, you do not need a headset with a microphone for our service. A cheaper telephone call is carried out directly via your telephone.
How much does it cost?
The prices of calling via Click and call are regulated by the valid price list. You only pay for the calls you have really made. Click and call offers you calling all around the world at just a small amount of the price you have to pay now.
For example, calling from a Czech landline to landlines in the Czech Republic and Europe, USA (including the mobile) only costs 1,19 CZK/min. Click and call also offers calling from your mobile phone at low prices, for example, USA (including the mobile) only costs 5,50 CZK/min. Other great cheap calling destinations include China (from 1,07 CZK/min.), Russia (from 1,90 CZK/min.), Ukraine (from 2,90 CZK/min.), Vietnam (from 2,26 CZK/min.), and others.
- The prices include VAT.
How does it work?
How does a telephone call via Click and call work?
After the registration and activation of your telephone number on www.klikniavolej.cz, you enter (or select from your directory) in the field indicated as the Called number the telephone number you wish to call. Then click for the call to be connected. In a few seconds your phone will ring and you will pick up. At that moment Click and call is dialing the called telephone number. Once the other caller picks up the phone, you can start speaking. More cheaply!
In the event you do not have accesses to the Internet, however, you still wish to call more cheaply, you can choose to use the Speed Dial service, which is part of your directory in Click and call.
Click and call did not connect my call. Why?
The following may be the reasons:
- You do not have a sufficient credit in your click and call account.
- The number you have dialed is wrong.
- The person you are calling does not wish to receive your call.
How does Speed Dial work?
After saving a contact in the directory in your Click and call account, a Speed Dial telephone number will be generated, which you will save in your mobile phone. This telephone number represents your contact which you have just saved. In the event you have no access to the Internet, however, you still wish to call this contact, you have to dial this number on your telephone which is registered in your Click and call account. After listening to a short message, you will hang up. Several seconds later your telephone will start ringing. You will pick up, and click and call will connect you to your contact’s number. Immediately after the person you are calling picks up, you may start speaking. More cheaply! Even without being connected to the Internet.
I used Speed Dial, however, Click and call did not connect my call. Why?
The following may be the reasons:
- You do not have a sufficient credit in your Click and call account.
- You are not calling from the telephone number which is registered and has been activated in your Click and call account.
- You are using a hidden caller ID or your phone is behind the company PBX, that uses the same number for all of its calls.
- The Speed Dial telephone number you entered is not correct.
- The person you are calling does not wish to receive the call.

Why do I have to register?
Click and call must activate your telephone number. Your registration will take just several seconds; all you need is a valid email and telephone number. Both the registration and activation of the telephone number is FREE!

Why do we need your email address?
Your email address serves as your contact information for Click and call. What is also sent to your address is information on changes to the account (change of the credit, notification of a low credit…). In the event you have forgotten your password, it will be sent to this email. The registration rules respect your privacy as well as the valid legal regulations concerning personal data protection.
I want to change or add my telephone number. How do I do this?
After logging on to your Click and call account, click Settings. In the section Telephone you can change or add your telephone number. After the new number has been added, an activation of the number is necessary, which can be done by clicking the link Activate telephone number, and then you have to call the given telephone number for FREE from the number, which you wish to activate. In this way the Click and call service will check the validity of the telephone number. Do not forget to save any potential changes in your settings.
Can my initial telephone number, which I wish to activate on Click and call, be other than Czech?
No. Now only Czech telephone numbers may be registered for the Click and call service. Your calls always start to be connected when you dial these numbers. Certainly, this restriction only applies to the initial numbers. Thanks to the Click and call service you may call any telephone number in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.
I am not able to log on to my account. What should I do?
Make sure you have used the correct log-on email and password. Remember that Click and call distinguishes between small and capital letters. In the event you have failed to log on, you may ask for your password to be sent again to your email, or you may try to log on again. If you still fail to log on, contact the click and call helpdesk.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
In the event you fail to log on, you may ask for your password to be sent to your email, or you may try to log on again.
I have registered, however, I have not received my registration email.
Check the settings for the SPAM filter in your email account, it is likely that the email sent by Click and call did not get through, even though it is no SPAM at all. A functional email is a vital part of your Click and call account, as it will receive information on changes to the account (changes of the credit, notifications of a low credit, forgotten password…). Or you can contact the Click and call helpdesk.
Can the person being called recognize I am calling via click and call?
Not if they have your telephone number saved in their phone. The quality of calling via Click and call is the same as the quality of calling via your operator.
Is calling via Click and call safe?
Yes, it is. To connect a telephone call, Click and call uses the telephone networks of international telecommunications companies, which invest large financial means to secure their networks every year.
Reference program
How does the Click and call Reference program work?
Any Click and call user may also suggest to their friends that they start using all the advantages of Click and call, and call more cheaply. When saving a new telephone contact, the user may send an invitation to the given person. This invitation contains a unique reference link. As soon as the new user registers via that link and buys their first credit (a minimum of CZK 100), the user who has made that recommendation will receive a credit in the amount of CZK 30. This credit will be added to his/her Click and call account.
I have sent an invitation to a friend, but I have not received any credit?
The following may be the reasons:
- The user has not registered
- The user has registered, but has not bought any credit
- The user has registered via someone else’s reference link or has not used any reference link at all
Payment
How to recharge your credit on Click and call?
After logging on to your account, click Recharge. The next step is to select the amount which you wish to add to your account and the method of payment. Then you have to enter the payment portal of the iDNES.cz (MAFRA, a. s.) services, where you are to effect the payment.
What payment methods does Click and call offer?
Currently, you can recharge your Click and call account via payments with credit or debit cards Visa, MasterCard, by bank transfer, or by payment via the payment systems PaySec, Paypal. You will be informed about the details directly by the Payment portal during the payment process.
Are payments safe?
Yes, they are. Click and call uses the iDNES.cz payment portal, which meets all security elements, including the SSL certificate.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
If you decide on a payment by bank transfer while paying on the iDNES.cz payment portal, select the option pay by bank transfer, then a variable symbol will be generated for you. Afterwards, follow the next instructions, using the given variable symbol.
How are calls charged?
Calls are charged based on the valid price list per minute. Fees for connecting calls and other hidden fees are not charged by the Click and call service. Any call begins to be charged from the moment when the caller picks up (only if the person being called picks up). In the event that the number being called is not available or is being used at that moment, no funds are deducted from your account and Click and call will make it possible for you to call later.
Until when does one have to use up the bought credit on click and call?
The validity of a recharge is 12 months. In the event that the credit is not used up, you forfeit it at the end of the expiry date of the service. The minimum amount to recharge a credit is CZK 100 only, so it should be easy to use it up within 12 months.
Text messaging
How can I send a text message via Click and call?
After logging on to your account, click the Text message icon. From the directory you will fill in or select the receiver’s telephone number, then write your text message. Afterwards click Send.
How much does one text message cost?
Sending text messages is charged based on the valid pricelist. The price of any message will be displayed also before being sent. Click and call offers unrivaled low prices for sending text messages to Czech as well as foreign mobile nets. One text message sent from the Click and call website to a Czech mobile phone will cost you CZK 0,90 VAT inclusive, with the prices for abroad starting at CZK 0,90 VAT inclusive.

Can the receiver answer the sender?
Yes, the receiver can answer. The answer will be sent to the telephone number, which the sender indicated in the box Your telephone number.
Can the receiver recognize that a text message has been sent via the click and call website?
The receiver of the text message will not be able to recognize that the message has been sent via the Click and call website, if the sender uses the telephone number as initial. The sender can withhold their telephone number, in this case only KlikniSMS as the sender of the message will be displayed for the receiver of the text message, and it is not possible to send an answer to such message.

How long can a text message be?
The price of a message stated in our pricelist is for one message with a maximum of 160 characters. However, a user can send a message with a maximum of 765 characters. In the event that a massage is longer than 160 characters, the message is broken up into several messages and the user will be charged for each such message.
An example: A message containing 400 characters will be broken up into three messages (160 160 80 characters), therefore, the user will pay for three sent messages based on the valid pricelist.
